Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our digital resources, all purchases made through the Adventures in Speech Pathology shop are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

We will refund or replace an order in the following cases:

• You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate purchase)
• Your account or payment method was used without your permission

Outside of these situations, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To request a review, contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Courses & Memberships

Course and membership purchases are managed through a separate platform and login from the shop. Refund requests for these are also handled case-by-case — please get in touch for details.
